“but he soon passed away and was no more; though I looked for him, he could not be found.” Psalm 37:36
Even the wicked in all their prosperity will come to an end one day. And when all is said and finished, David says they will be remembered no more. Their memory will soon fade away which was once a memory of fruitful living, but they will be no more.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23
We all know people who are surrounded by their sin and seeking wickedness. We may even work beside them or have them as family but the price to be paid for the wicked lifestyle, is death.
There is a gift God wants to give all, but wickedness can’t admit there is a need for the gift. As we walk through this world, we can remember that God loves the sinner too. Jesus desires to live in relationship as much as He desires to walk with us. We know His gift of salvation and sharing this hope with others can bring light in dark places. However, are we sharing, or have we predetermined there is no hope left for the wicked. The same Jesus who rescued us is available for wicked and He loves them too.
